POSITIVE ACADEMY

OBJECTIVE: The aim of the project is to equip mental health professionals with innovative educational tools to enhance their mental resilience, well-being, knowledge and skills, based on the science of Positive Psychology and its applications in Adult Education, through Positive Counselling.
Participating countries: Greece, Cyprus, Belgium, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, Romania.

OVERCOME
OBJECTIVE: By developing quality training material and a training platform, OVERCOME aims to enhance the competences of low-skilled/unemployed adults and support their integration into the labour market, as well as to develop the skills of career counsellors and adult educators to better support low-skilled/unemployed adults.

OBJECTIVE: The aim of the project was to improve high school students' job search skills, but also their positive emotions, mental resilience, character strengths and personal development, and to support them in their transition from school to adult education and employability. It also aimed to enhance the mental resilience and wellbeing of school counsellors, and to improve their skills to have more positive interactions with students during career guidance sessions.

SAFER
OBJECTIVE: The aim of this project was to create an innovative educational package with awareness raising activities to educate people about gender equality, healthy relationships, values such as respect and socially constructed gender roles, with the ultimate effect of changing existing attitudes and behaviours in order to prevent gender-based violence.
